What exactly is MyJanji?

An oversight system for service businesses. Bookings, billing, staff, commissions and stock run through one app that logs who did what — so the owner sees every dollar move. F&B, salons, spas, clinics, gyms and dive centres each get their own version of it.

How is this different from a normal booking app?

Booking apps organise your calendar. MyJanji protects your money: every void and discount needs a name and a reason, commissions calculate themselves, and the Today screen shows you the whole day’s cash — live, from anywhere.

Does it work for my industry?

MyJanji is built industry-aware for restaurants & F&B, salons, spas, clinics, gyms and dive centres — vocabulary, screens and defaults adapt to your trade. Other service businesses run on the universal setup.

Pricing & trial

How much does it cost?

$199/month — the Founders price for early members (list price $249). One plan, everything included, per business not per outlet.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, full features, no credit card needed to start. If you don’t subscribe, it simply stops; there’s nothing to cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like from inside the app, and export your data (CSV) before or after — it’s yours.

Getting set up

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live in a day: snap a photo of your price list and MyJanji builds the catalog; share your booking link; add staff. We’ll help you migrate if you’re stuck.

Can you import my existing customer list?

Yes — upload an Excel/CSV of customers or your price list and the system loads it. Send it to us if you’d rather we do it with you.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes — MyJanji runs on any modern phone, tablet or computer, and installs to your home screen like an app. No app store required.

What languages does it support?

19 languages, including Bahasa Melayu, English, 中文, தமிழ், Bahasa Indonesia, ไทย and Tiếng Việt. You and your staff can each use your own.

Security & control

What can my staff see?

Only what you allow. Staff get their own logins with permissions; managers see their outlet only. You see everything — including every void, discount and edit, with who did it.

Is my data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on managed cloud infrastructure, with per-business isolation and full audit logs. Your data is exportable and never sold.

How do customers talk to my business?

Inside MyJanji — guests message the business, not a staff member’s personal number. The conversation (and the customer) stays with your business.

What if I get stuck?

Write to us from the Contact page and a real person replies — usually within one business day. Early members talk directly to the team that builds the product.
